Common questions
A product was not recognized correctly
Edit the detected title or price before saving, try adding the public product link, or use a clearer screenshot that does not contain unrelated private information.
I am not receiving price notifications
Confirm that price tracking is enabled for the product and notifications are allowed for SendCart in your device settings. Price checks run on a schedule that depends on your plan.
How do I restore a subscription?
Open the plan screen in SendCart and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
How do shared carts work?
The owner creates an invitation. People who join can see the cart and act according to their assigned role. Only share invitation links with people you trust.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or open the account-deletion page to request deletion by email.
