Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. If you own a shared cart, deleting your account may also remove that cart and its contents for other members.

Delete in the app

  1. Open SendCart and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email support@sendcart.app from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Delete my SendCart account”. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but we will never ask for your password, sign-in token, device token, or full payment-card details.

We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your linked SendCart account, profile, and active sessions.
  • Personal carts you own, their products, notes, statuses, and price history.
  • Shared-cart ownership, memberships, and content removed through database deletion rules.
  • Stored product screenshots and photos associated with deleted content from active storage.
  • SendCart subscription links, usage counters, and billing-event records associated with your account.

What may remain

Limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or where retention is required by law. Data held independently by app stores and other providers is controlled by those providers and their retention rules.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting SendCart does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before or after deleting the account.
