Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the SendCart application, website, and related services. By using SendCart, you agree to these terms and to applicable law.
Effective July 11, 20261. The service
SendCart lets you save product links, screenshots, prices, notes, and purchase status; monitor public store prices; and collaborate in shared carts. Features may differ by platform, plan, store, region, or release stage.
2. Guest use and accounts
You may begin with a guest session. Linking Google or email sign-in can preserve access across devices. You are responsible for access to your device, email, and sign-in provider and for keeping your account information accurate.
You may not use another person’s identity or attempt to access another account without permission.
3. Your content
You keep responsibility for links, screenshots, photos, cart names, notes, and other content you add. You grant SendCart a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content containing unnecessary personal, confidential, unlawful, or harmful information.
4. Shared carts
Shared-cart owners and administrators control invitations and roles. Members can see shared content and may edit it according to their role. Only invite people you trust. Actions by another member may change or remove shared content.
If an owner deletes an account or shared cart, content contributed by other members may also be removed.
5. Product and price information
SendCart obtains information from public store pages, screenshots, automated parsers, and user input. Prices, availability, images, titles, currencies, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Always confirm the final price, seller, delivery terms, availability, and return policy with the retailer before purchasing. SendCart is not the seller and is not a party to purchases from third-party stores.
6. Plans, purchases, and subscriptions
Free and paid plans may have different limits and price-check schedules. Any in-app subscription is billed and managed by the applicable app store and may also be synchronized through RevenueCat.
Prices, trial terms, renewal periods, cancellation, and refunds are shown by the store at purchase time. Deleting a SendCart account does not cancel a store subscription; manage it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse SendCart.
- Do not bypass limits, probe security, interfere with the service, or access data without authorization.
- Do not use automated traffic, scraping, or bulk imports that burden SendCart or third-party stores.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, secrets, payment credentials, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not resell, reverse engineer, or copy protected parts of the service except where applicable law permits it.
8. Third-party services
SendCart links to and interacts with retailers, app stores, authentication providers, notification services, AI processors, and billing providers. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate agreements.
9. Availability, suspension, and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.
SendCart is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful product extraction, exact price alerts, or continued availability of any store or feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use, changes, and contact
You may stop using SendCart at any time and may delete a linked account in the app or request deletion through our website. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and may be announced in the app.
